Noob needs help

Hi

I am using the title of this thread as it is so very apt for my current problem.

Need to ask a question/start a thread bu t can see no clear way of doing this as I am unable to find a 'create thread' option

I am sure I will be told that I am either blind or very stupid but would be grateful if someone could give me some simple steps I need to follow to create a thread/ask a question.

For anyone who could help further the question i have is....

Have set up a coupon and need to create some restrictions but when clicking on the 'Restrict' button get the following message

Sorry, your security clearance does not allow you to access this resource.

Please contact your site administrator if you believe this to be incorrect.

had a google and this has been a noted issue before but no simple 'this is happening because' or 'Just do the following to stop this' is detailed.

Be very grateful is someone could help me out with some simple, plain english answer that a zen cart newbie would understand :-)

Select the "ZenCart Support" above right
Select one of the forum categories
After doing this you will see at the top a selection/button to start a new thread
