Greetings, all!
When test-buying a product on my site, Firstdata Global Gateway API doesn't take money out of the customer account.
The module is set to immediate capture and 'Live: Production" and the .pem file is in place. The transaction appears to Firstdata with the appropriate information (price, taxes, etc) and is listed in Zen Cart as 'processing' however 24hrs have gone by without any money being removed from the customer's account. (It's my personal account).
Under "Comments" in Zen Cart:
Credit Card payment. AUTH: 0644880710052622:YYYM:. TransID: 1282097204 Order Number/Code: 5-sE8jUY
What could be the problem?
