not sure what you mean by the "something on the right" and firebug or firefox. the only pics on right are thumbnail pics.
I see a pic that is .jpg and not .gif. was this the pic you said needed optimizing?

FireFox with the Web Developer and FireBug add ons is really helpful ...
One of your huge images is:
/images/categories/chips.gif

I see the image, I can easily fix that. I will go through to see any others (as I have alot of images).
I use IE, so I am not aware of how FireFox is. My wife uses that on her pc though. Is there a problem seeing site in firefox?Getting Zenned was the best thing I ever did for my website!
