Hello I am trying to configure an auto respond, and it will only respond to certain subjects. I want it to respond to my emails from the zen-cart "Contact Us" form. I have it configured correctly. But I am running into a problem. When a customer uses the zen-cart contact us form... when i recieve the message the from address is [email protected] (what I have configured in admin-config-email options-send from) and when I click reply it sends to that customer though which is great. But with the auto responder it won't send because it is recognizing the from address as my store address. If you look at the message properties it says
From: Customer Name [email protected] clicking reply it does change to Customer Name [email protected]... why does zen-cart make the message "from" my store email when a customer fills out the form... any work around?
