How do I get the page info on the address bar after my website name?
It comes up now with www.mywebsite.com/index etc.

That is notpossible

Kobras' answer was a bit too harsh....I believe what he meant was that it is not possible to show it exactly as you have it. SEO url mods such a simple seo urls, magic seo, etc will be able to get you urls similar to the following:
