Google Checkout - unable to edit settings

Hi,
I installed Google checkout 1.4.7 on zen cart 1.3.9d, all works well, but I when I login to the admin and try to click the "Edit" button to configure Google checkout under the payment module section, the form that has the configurations disappears and I have no way to edit the Merchant Key and Merchant ID.

I have attached 2 screen shots, before clicking on the edit button and one after (where the configuration form disappears).

Any suggestions is appreciated,

Is it possible that Google checkout 1.4.7 is not compatible with Zen Cart 1.3.9d? I have tried to look for the latest Google checkout and it is dated 2007.
