I am trying to set up specials based on a % off of reg price. I put in the % I want off, and on the product page it shows the appropriate discount price for the first quantity range - but not the rest - 20% for example.

Also, even though it shows the proper % off for the first quantity range, when you add to cart it is still at regular price.

Any help/suggestions/pointing me in the right direction how to address this issue is greatly appreciated!
