No Error Messages
Tested in IE8 and FireFox 3.6.8

During checkout, if I click on "Change Address", I get my current shipping address and a fieldset with the text "...Or Choose From Your Address Book Entries". However, within the fieldset, there are no address book listings.

If go into my account, I see my 2 addresses saved and can edit/delete/change primary with no issues. I have specified max book entries = 2.

Any suggestions as to where to look into?
