Just wondered if the business account password is changed for the pay pal account linked into the Pay Pal IPN for any particular store, are any changes needed on the admin side of the IPN side to reflect this?

No. Zen Cart doesn't need a password for IPN transactions, since all it does is send your PayPal email address as the intended recipient, and Paypal takes care of the rest.
