Default Database need higher patching level

I have recently upgrade fron zencart 1.3.8 to 1.3.9d.
After the upgrade this message is appearing:"Your database appears to need patching to a higher level"

    Please provide suggestions.

    go to yourdomain.com/your root/zc_install

and follow the instructions and choose upgrade db.

Also for ease, rename your admin folder back to admin and make your config files 777.

After the upgrade is complete rename your admin back to where you had it and set your configs back to 444

You have apparently not followed the official upgrade instructions: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=98

    Thank you.....

Basically the same for me too.

    Currently I am:
    Zen Cart 1.3.9f
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I upgraded from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9d using Fatastico on Lunarpages.com
I then manually updated the change log files to 1.3.9.f
