How to remove One time charges may apply?

Hello,

I have the following website and I have an issue with the text that appears above my price.
I have to remove it because it confuses my customers.

The text that I would like to remove is
"One time charges may apply"
at the very top near by the image

That is the URL:

Can someone please show me how I can remove that text?

In Admin>Tools> Developers Toolkit search for "One time charges may apply". It will tell you which language file is controlling this

The file will be here:
/includes/languages/english/product_info.php

-download that file
- find this: define('TEXT_ONETIME_CHARGE_DESCRIPTION', ' One time charges may apply');

and change it to define('TEXT_ONETIME_CHARGE_DESCRIPTION', '');

Create the folder includes/languages/english/CUSTOM on the server. CUSTOM is the name of your template.

Load the new version of the file into the CUSTOM folder.
