Mailchimp - side box not displaying correctly

Hi

As you can see the newsletter subscribe is not right. I would like
'Text-only' to fall below 'HTML so they are both next to a radio button (so it makes sense!) and then the subscribe button is below them.

How do I do this?

I have played about with the css but not been able to do this.

On line 13 of tpl_mailchimp_sidebox.php
you need to insert a <br />

$content .= '<input type="radio" name="EMAILTYPE" value="html" checked>' . ENTRY_EMAIL_HTML_DISPLAY . '&nbsp; &nbsp;<br /><input type="radio" name="EMAILTYPE" value="text">' . ENTRY_EMAIL_TEXT_DISPLAY;

Thank you that has shifted things so they look much better and atleast make sense!

How do I get the radio boxes to be sit right next to text now? It still looks a bit messy.

Any ideas?
