Adding a Drop Down on Product Page During Product Creation

Wondering if there is a way to add a field to the Product Page - example I want to add a "Condition" of product field - in it I want to put a rating of the product (i.e. Good) in the Condition field. When the customer pulls up the item they will see the field Condition and after it will be Good - Example: Condition: Good.

I do see a Model field when creating a product - I can type in that field the condition of the item - but when the item is pulled up by the customer - we see Model: Good This might be an easier thing to change - Model to Condition - so could use some help with this if I can't add a field.

Any help would be appreciated.
