Large popup not working

Hi Community,

I've been looking high and low to why my "larger image" code does not take me to a large version of my image. Instead I get a script error saying "Object expected". I'm new to ZenCart and PHP, why would this happen?

When I hover the mouse over the words "larger image" I see the browser attempting to launch this address in the status bar:

http://store.xxx.com/index.php?main_..._image&pID=180 (note: domain has been omitted)

If I were to cut and paste the above link to a new browser I see the same picture, yet the picture itself is appearing right above where it says "Larger image".

It's almost as if ZenCart is not recognizing the pID link (180) to the image file. Why is this?

Is this a Template Monster template?
What version of ZenCart?
Are you/they sure that this is compatible with the Zen Cart version you have?

Try switching to the classic template and see if it works
If so look to your template

Look in your template structure at template_default and check for folders and files

folder - popup_image
file - tpl_main_page.php

Also your /jcsript folder for
/RI_TEMPLATE_07/jscript/jscript_imagehover.js"
Insure that it is a good file copy - - look for a "0" byte size

Hi kobra,

Zen Cart is 1.3.8
Creator of this template confirmed it works with ZC 1.3.8 (the 'larger image functionality' was working at one point, but the larger images were the same size as the main page image. )

Folder popup_image exists
File tpl_main_page.php exists and looks correct from what I can tell.

As for jscript_imagehover.js, the filesize is 6kb. The settings in the file are:

Global variables for sizes of hoverimg
// Defined in "showtrail()", used in "followmouse()"
var zoomimg_w=0;
var zoomimg_h=0;

Is this what you mean by '0' bytes?

Will have to try switching to classic template and let you know what happens...

i have exactly the same problem with this template and i have noticed you have now corrected the issue, any chance of providing your findings to fix the problem so i can give it a go too.

Same here - I look forward to hearing any solutions if anyone has sorted this problem out.
My site is www.lookwhatwefound.co.uk/store and the problem seems to be with any jscript pop-up (inc. cvv help, larger image etc). The browser gives an error which when clicked gives the following:

benmckechnie i dont know if this will help you but i have now solved my problem (large image not showing). I downloaded a new css javascript loader from Rubik intergration this is the link you need http://blog.rubikintegration.com/200...ader-released/ i followed the instructions included and hey presto images now working, hope this helps.
