Make "Company Details" section optional in the login screen?

Hello,

I know I can make it optional by setting the min length from Admin, but how can I remove the "Company Detail" section in the login page?

Or change its title (say, to "Company Details (Optional)")? I tried to edit the one in the english.php file, but looks like it is not working.

You can turn it off in Admin - Customer Details - Company

As it turns out, it is in english.php, so it's possible you didn't save the edited file to the right place - it would go in the includes/languages/YOUR_TEMPLATE folder.
