How do I change HEADING_TITLE position ?

How do I change HEADING_TITLE position ? I want to move the heading title up the page a bit. I want to push the whole front page up a bit actually, so I can create more space for the New Products display. ( i.e. to fit them in a bit more neatly )

- Pretty much a new fresh system

- Primarily the vertical position, but both really vertical and horizontal.

Using: v1.3.9f

I don't have my site on the net yet. Building it on my PC. But anyway I just want to know what files I need to edit to change the HEADING_TITLE variable location on the front page.

i.e. After installing zencart, it normally reads something like "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart E-Commerce Solution"

I want to relocate this. i.e. move it up.

The HEADING_TITLE value is changed via "/includes/languages/english/index.php" but I cant see where its location settings are kept.

That is where the language files are - - layout files are mostly in
/includes/template/template_default and associated sub folders
These are core files and should not be altered but can be copied and overriden

I've checked that out and can see how it works conceptually. I'm still trying to locate the file that sets the page location of HEADING_TITLE at this stage.

What about moving the layout boxes ? might moving them move the whole page up ?

Part of the problem is that we don't have any way of seeing what you've done so far. On a stock Zencart installation, there's very little room to move the heading title or sideboxes up (http: //www.stevesh.org/demo), so I'm not exactly sure what you want to do.

That said, tpl_index_default.php may be the file you're looking for.
