SQL Duplicate Entry Adding New Products and Categories

I have had my store for about two years and all of the sudden im getting the following errors.

Creating a new product:

1062 Duplicate entry '0-147' for key 1
in:
[insert into products_to_categories (products_id, categories_id) values ('0', '147')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

Also a similar error when creating a new product.

Everything was working fine yesterday afternoon.

Any assistance would be great

I just had a quick look at my database and it seems every time i add a new product in product_to_categories its assigns it as product_id 0, And doesnt appear anywhere.

Same thing happens to categories:

I check in myphpadmin and its created a new category with id 0 and it doesnt show up anywhere.

Did you every get a resolution? I've got the same twating problem cropped up out of the blue!
