These are the shipping rules: ship the products via FedEx, but if FedEx is not available, ship via UPS. In other words, the buyer needs to be presented with UPS options only if FedEx does not ship between the sender and recipient.
BTW, this is the FedEx module that I plan to use.
Can this be done?
