I have a working fedex freight shipping module .. well it works when you are using the shipping estimator but once you start going through checkout it is not an option.
any ideas?

I'm seeing it on the checkout payment page (four Fedex options) but the images aren't showing up.
Also, your secured pages are displaying the secure/non-secure error in IE, caused by apparently everything in your footer.
