I've just enabled Paypal IPN and instead of the Paypal image showing before the payment option on the shop's frontend, I get this "MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPALWPP_MARK_BUTTON_ALT". How do I get rid ? I've not changed any of the coding in paypal.php !

I ran Beyond Compare (marvellous little programme !) on the new paypal.php language file and on the old one from zc 1.3.8a which worked fine before (I briefly used Paypal a couple of years ago), updated the various changes made since 1.3.8a and bingo ! All works just fine.
