Default [Duplicate] Banner HTML code replaced with escape characters

This is very odd, but we've found that when we edit or create any new banners in the admin, the HTML code is converted into escape characters in the database, which then print out on the page.

For instance, instead of getting a <div> tag, we get &lt;div&gt;, and all the code is visible on the site, instead of the links/images.

If I go into the database and replace the escape characters with the correct code, it works fine, until we edit it, and then it's gone all screwy again. Any ideas?

This is a Spanish and English language siet, and we have many add-ons, including:
    image_handler__for_vx_Ver2-0Rev8b
    column/grid layout
    pasarela_sermepa__caixa_cajamadrid_2-0
    languagecurrency_links_in_header_1-0
    multilanguage ezpages
    multi cross sell
    category_tab_simple_dropdown_menu_1-02a
    pasarela_caixa_sermepa

It's a glitch introduced in v1.3.9g that will be fixed in 1.3.9h.

Beautiful, thank you! It looks like I used the wrong keywords to search for this bug on the forums; sorry about that.
