Free Shipping not working correctly after upgrade?

I just noticed that after my upgrade to 1.3.9g, my free shipping module is offering free shipping when it's not supposed to. Can someone help me?

I don't offer free shipping if an order is under $20.00, and yet, it's offering free shipping for a test order that's only $12.00.

Nevermind, I figured it out. It was a small customization we had to make to the core free shipping file to accommodate what we needed.

Did you need to change the ORs to ANDs or what was the change needed to fix this for you?
