Idea or Suggestion Host Provider issue for slow sql

    Hi all,

I am in trouble with my new website, My host provider, 000webhost send me an email that my site has slow sql query and I need to correct this.

    ***********************************************
    there mail as below

We have detected that your account executing a slow MySQL queries.

Slow MySQL queries are not allowed, because you share server resources with thousands of other users and your long lasting MySQL queries are slowering the server and other users are having MySQL performance and connectivity problems. Please optimize your MySQL queries as soon as possible.
Here are some good articles how to optimize MySQL queries: http://www.google.com/search?q=optimize+mysql+queries

Good tips how you can optimize your scripts and make our servers run faster:
    - Disable all parts of your website that allows anonymous posting, such as open forums, guestbooks. These days automated software fills all open areas of web with junk and content spam and increasing your database size.
    - Disable visitors monitoring and tracking (each move of your visitor makes database query)
    - Disable all unused modules
    - Disable internal stats for your website - use http://www.google.com/analytics/ for example
    - You may also logon to the phpMyAdmin and check which table has the most records. Then, if you think that this table does not contain any valuable information (such as logs, stats or cache), you can click on the `Empty` or `Truncate` icon to clean it.

    We thank you for understanding,

You did not provide a link to see???

Try enabling display of page parse times
admin > config > logging > Display The Page Parse Time > true

If cpanel is provided as your account manager, a "full site backup" should be taken as this can be used to relocate to any other cpanel host

These are not out of the ordinary

    Code:
    Parse Time: 0.349 - Number of Queries: 242 - Query Time: 0.200919223389
    Parse Time: 0.379 - Number of Queries: 220 - Query Time: 0.244080412476
    Parse Time: 0.459 - Number of Queries: 295 - Query Time: 0.32783419133
They are almost instantaneous only lasting approx 1/3 of a second
It might be that the host is not familiar with ZenCart or they have servers that are overloaded with too many accounts

I put "000webhost" into a Google search and got 27,000 results - most of them claiming that their Affiliate System is nothing but a scam. Other people report that if you use their completely free service and don't get enough visitors to your site - they just delete it.

From vger's investigation, it would appear that another is attempting to operate an online business and cutting corners with what could be their bread & butter...

If this is to be a viable business, obtain reliable hosting at any cost
