When customers transfer from my site to the PayPal website, they are not presented with a screen showing any of the details of their purchase. why and how do I fix it.

Yes, I confirmed your problem. I put an item in cart at your site and hit PEC button. No description. Don't know solution, but mine works. ZC 1.3.9g
