Trying to find "Tage Line/Sales Message" to delete

Hi

Ive just installed the latest version of Zen Cart, and trying to use the default template.

Im trying to delete the "Sales message goes here" but can't find the
define Header_text etc in includes>languages> english>header.php,

Can someone help me please to try and find this.

The installation template is the standard one that comes with the install thru Fatastico.
