one thing i have noticed in your source code is

"http://paracordwraps .com//"

it has a double / at the end
check your configure file, there should be no trailing / on the end
like so

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://localhost');
define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://localhost');

I tried changing this in configure before after Kobra's advice, but it would not change so I think this might be something for Godaddy.

Ok, I have tried removing the second slash a number of times both in my FTP and from my hosting site and it will not let me. I continue to get this error;

Cannot save configure_php

I contacted my hosting company and asked them about it, and they said it was normal and would not effect anything, but then in the same breath said what its doing is trying to access the site twice. Well that tells me that its not normal and could very well be contribiting to the slow loading issue.

Any suggestions?

The configure.php file is marked read-only, and thus you can't edit it without making it writable first.

Ok, somone else mentioned that I need to change something from 444 to 644

Is that the same as what you are saying? And if so, where do I do to do this?
