Is there an addon template preview page available for all the current downloadable templates?
Apologies if I have missed the documentation somewhere but couldn't find any!

Not clear what you mean.

Most templates will come with a screenshot that you can access from the admin, but that assumes that you have them installed, or have at least downloaded and gone off to find the screenshot.

Without downloading them, screenshots for most of the templates can be found at the site in my sig below.

There's not an add-on that you can install on your Zen Cart to see screenshots for templates that you don't have installed (if that's what you were asking).
