I finished updating to 139g. Removed PayPal Express and reinstalled it. Now I get a 404 at PayPal
404 Not Found
The requested URL '/x/web/LIVE2/web/paypal.com/htdocs/html/Error500.htm' was not found on this server.

It has been fixed. I dont know which one of the things I did fixed it.
1) got new credentials
2) reactivated express checkout at paypal
Oh well, fixed now.
