i found a cancellation return issue, and an intval rounding issue and fixed them.
Maybe the bank have changed their side of things recently.
Let me know if anyone has any similar issues and i'll post the code here.

Could you post your modified file so I can take a look at the changes.
Another issue I'm having (using zen cart 1.3.9h and MIGS bank hosted module) is that the zen session times out if a customer enters incorrect credit card details in MIGS, then re-enters the correct details. This results in the payment being made but no order details in zen cart.
One of my clients has been trying to get around this by matching the customer's IP and then using 'recover cart sales' to see what their customer ordered. The problem is that the customer's IP address is not always recorded.
If I could get the MIGS module to pass the customer ID or customer name on to the MIGS receipt, at least that would be a temporary solution to the session time out problem.
Does anyone know how to pass the zen customer ID variable to the MIGS site?
