500 Internal Server Error

After the successful instantiation, I am able to get into admin, but the catalog portion will report

500 Internal Server error,
and
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

I have helped installed 4 or 5 of zen-carts to friends with no problem. This is the first time to get something like this.

Any suggestion?
