How to add a new menu in admin tools menu?

I want to add a new configuration panel in tools->
Such as this,

Do zencart has some document ?

I have the command

  $za_contents[] = array('text' => BOX_CATALOG_<somename>, 'link' => zen_href_link(FILENAME_<somename>, '', 'NONSSL')); 

in the file

admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/<somename>_catalog_dhtml

this adds my menu item to the catalog-menu. Good luck.

And i found that if i change catalog to tools ,that will create a new menu item in tools.
