Forgot Password Not Working Properly

I am finding that when a registered user forgets their password - they type in their address and it sends a new password - when plugging in the password when trying to login - they receive a message: Sorry, there is not match for that email address and/or password.

Is this a bug?

That function works fine on my stock Zencart test site. Does it also fail when you test it yourself ? Have you installed any mods which affect the login or create account functions ? Have you tried switching temporarily to the Classic template to see if it does the same thing ?
