Checkout just stopped working

Hello for some reason checkout has died and only shows the customer a blank page it is our Re-Launch Day today and so far its going bad!!! http://www.opulence-gifts.co.uk now you can add to cart then when you goto pay it dies. Any help would be apreciated.

look in includes/extra_configures for a file called enable_error_logging.php

if this file is there, it should be generating error logs in your /cache folder which will give a hint as to what's broken

if it's not, you can download it from the free downloads (but it comes included with newer versions of zen)

Ok then i cant see exactly what the problem is

look to those areas for problems per the faq above

Absolutely Brilliant found the problem adobe had added 2 extra lines at the end of the english.php

I could have searched all day for that link and never found it.

There are only ~700 lines in english.php. That error usually means there is a extra line or character at the end of the file, usually caused by editing it in something other than a text editor.

anyway, glad you got it sorted out. it usually takes me a little bit of persistence, but 90% of the issues i've ever encountered have been addressed SOMEWHERE in the forum, just a matter of digging up the right post(s). sometimes the search function brings it right up, other times it's 3 or 4 pages down.. but it's usually there somewhere.
