Help moving database to new install please

I am moving my zen cart to a new host and new domain name. I have exported the database in phpadmin. them tried to import in to the new database on the new host.
Zencart is already set up and runs fine.
Everytime I import the old database it imports all the items...but none of them show up in zencart!. HELP? and yes I have gone through and read allllllll the documentation.

a. Install (when asked about the database-table-prefix during Database-Setup, use the same prefix that your old store uses)

But it is the same prefix...this is what I dont understand

I don't know if this helps, but here is my little checklist I made for configure.php and/or .htaccess files regarding shop migration.

Check/change:
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT]path of the installation (if different)
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT]zen cart version must be identical
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT]database name (if different)
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT]database table prefix (if different)
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT]database username (if different)
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT]database password (if different)
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT].htaccess contents in root directory & admin directory
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT].htpasswrd file location
[FONT=Symbol]· [/FONT]reset directory key (http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...products_id=82)

I am going to try a complete reinstall....check off everything I am doing.....then come back.......try try and try again

Keep trying, you'll see that the time you spent is well worth it! Post anything if you figured it out, or still having trouble

yeeeeeeeeeeeeha....the silly mistakes you make when you arent paying full attention...zc_ instead of zen_ as the prefix. yeh....I ama woman and I am admitting I was wrong
well....three kids amd installs at the same time. somethings you just can't multi task

You double checked the table prefix and it was wrong. Good catch!
