Multiple Shipping Zones Rate Module - Shipping Method Choosing

working in zen cart v1.3.9h
installing Multiple Shipping Zones Rate Module
when i try to finish the order and in Step 1 of 3
it always choose the first shipping option in the list
if i tried to choose another one it ignores my choice and pick the first..
and if the first choice not available for the country, it still returning me to the choice page again ?!

I throught that is the problem for me only as I am still using 1.3.8

I have add all the different rate and realise that don't pass to the total checkout page.

Hope some one can solve this issue soon. As I am expecting more than one zone rate for better shipping to different country's customer.

I have recreate copy the file and it works perfectly on 1.3.8 , but I am not sure if that work on 1.3.9

and if look for more zones, is similar to the Multiple Shipping Zones Rate Module readme instructions.

Hi Timlo: I have try, it is working, but how to add up to $this->num_zones = 60;
Cos your solution only allow add 3 zones.

I have the same problem too. It seems that the selection of option of zone 2 or later cannot be brought to the next checkout shipping page. Do we need to modify this file? Anyone solution?

Hi

I really need some help with my shipping modules

I want to have Free shipping for Australia Wide

and a $30 Flat rate shipping for the rest of the world

I am currently using flatrate for the international shipping, and have added all the countries expect Australia,

and using freeshipper for the free australian wide shipping and added only australia to the zones.

however both of the status's are orange.


I hope this makes sense!

Free Shipper is designed for Always Free Shipping or 0 weight orders where 0 weight is defined as Free Shipping ...

Uninstall the FREE SHIPPING! freeshipper ... unless you use Always Free Shipping on your products or have 0 weight meaning Free Shipping ...

Then, try using the Free Shipping Options freeoptions and set the Total >= 0 and add your Australia Zone to that ...

The yellow icons mean either there is a problem -- or -- that you have a Zone set on them that is filtering the shipping module ...

On the Free Shipping Options freeoptions change this to blank as in nothing in the field:
Item Count >=
0.00

Next if you do not use 0 weight for Free Shipping or Always Free Shipping go to the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... and change the setting for:

Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes

to NO so it is not used ...
