ask seller a question mod

I installed the ask seller a question mod 1.9 on zen cart 1.3.9f.

My aim is to add another input field.

I have the new input field in place. The message gets sent and received. The problem is the information entered into the new input field is not included in the email.

I modified 3 files:

includes\templates\custom\templates\tpl_ask_a_question_default.php
includes\modules\pages\ask_a_question\header_php.php
includes\languages\english\ask_a_question.php

Is there something else I should be doing? Any idea of what I'm missing?

I just have a question for buildingblocks. Did you use this mod instead of FAQ? I found the FAQ mod, but it's not current. I was looking for a replacement. Thanks,

I haven't used FAQ previously, but I just installed it on zen 1.3.9h to test it and it seems to be working ok. I haven't configured it fully but have created a few question categories, posted a few sample questions and sample answers. Emails notifications have been received as well.

That's the problem. We can't get the email part to work. Let me find out some more specifics from my programmer.

But I do like the way you have your current FAQ page set up. Very nice, very clean.
