Transfer installation to a new domain but same server

Hi

I need help transferring zen cart installation from

domain1.com/shop to
domain2.com

Both domains are on the same server
if possible, I want to use the existing database

Domain2.com has already the files from domain1.com/shop but images are not showing up. I think a configuration needs to be changed

Any help?

You will need to make changes within these 2 files:

admin/includes/configure.php
includes/configure.php

Have you used the Tutorials/FAQ link at top of this page, to find and read up on this type procedure?

I did both but images are not showing up on the new site

Btw I am using the same database. Will that be a problem?

Something is wrong here..

Everytime I change the settings on configure.php and save it, it goes back to the old settings?

Both config files probably have permissions of 444 and need to be changed to 644. You can do this within your Hosting Control Panel; look for File Mgr. or something similar. After editting make sure to change permissions back.

Images not being found means they are not where Zen Cart thinks they are or they were not uploaded. When you moved the zen cart files did you also move your images?
