We require assistance Please?

All our customers are getting the below error code on the final payment page of our cart:

"for element Expires is not valid."

Any one experience the same or can offer advice or solution?

What version of ZenCart?
What server type?

Zencart version: Zen Cart 1.3.8a
Webserver: linux
PHP version: 5.2.14
MySQL version: 5.0.91-community

I would speculate that if this is a code issue - - then it is the sagepay module and this is not part of the ZenCart distribution

Might contact the author of it???

Have spoken with Payment Gateway and they have refused that this is there error! Just bashing my head against brick wall now!!
