I seem to have an odd little problem on my hands.

at check out everything works as it should , unless the customer fails to input there cc info correctly a few times. It's like there is a 30 seconds to type in your information or i will throw a oops your session has expired message up . any ideas .

    places to look ect

ive installed zencart-custom_session with no luck

    version v1.3.9h

i really have no clue how long this has gone on for but odds are ive upset some people with my failure.

Sounds like the system is detecting behavior suspiciously similar to fraudsters who test credit cards by entering stolen numbers one after the next, looking to see which ones are still good, so they can sell their list of numbers. It's called "slamming", and Zen Cart protects against that by logging them out after entering 5 card numbers in a row and being rejected.
