Default No submit button - according to customers

Hi! Just this week I received an email from 2 customers saying they can't submit their registration form because there is no "submit button"

I check my site and there is a submit button both in IE and FF.

what could be the problem here? I am using version 1.3.8a and

tpl_modules_create_account.php can still be found here

store/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_create_account.php not on my customized template.

I did not change anything for this week and there are people who successfully created an account, I too tested it and I created an account without any difficulty.

is this a browser problem, could they be using old one?

Checked my site at http://validator.w3.org and there 8 errors and 1 warning. could this be the reason?

Thank you. looking forward to some help.

    regards

submit button can not be found there.

the link is accessed when a (non-registered and not logged-in) customer click that add to cart button then clicked checkout

and since the customer was not logged in the window prompted the customer to create and account

    here

    if you click register..

    NO SUBMIT button..

how can i correct this? Thank you..

still can't figure what to do. if they register (using the main page) before buying.

    here

    there''s no problem.

    but if they register

    here

    there's no submit button.

How can i just change the "register link" so that it will direct the customer to the working registration page?

or better yet how to make that non-working registration work?

    Thanks

Somehow, in your modification of the create_account page, you've "lost" both the <form>...</form> construct that should surround your <fieldset>'s and the submit button itself.

Check the modifications to your /includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/templates/tpl_create_account_default.php as well as /includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/templates/tpl_modules_create_account.php; they are the ones responsible for the formatting of the page that's not working.
