One Sidebox Not Showing Title

Hi Guys

I use a few side boxes on my website however one of them is refusing to use its title. The sidebox I am having problems with is a Banner Box. I have checked banner manager and it does have a title, but it refuses to show on my site.

My website address is http://www.javlaas.com as you can see all the boxes down the left have headers except the one with Paypal logo in it. Any ideas?

That's a 'feature' of your Template Monster template. You can get the header back by finding this in stylesheet_boxes.css and removing the red part:
