I have tried using easy populate and followed all the instructions but i am unable to get anything to show up

You need to have a product in Zencart entered via the web browser before EP will work.

There was a great post on how to take the csv file you get from your supplier and use it to make you docs for EP. My problem is I already have products started and am unsure as to how i would make sure i do the add ons properly. TIA

I am using zencart on godaddy.... I have done so much work already i dont want to trash what i have already got there. I just wish i could find an example of some who has done what i am wanting to do.
I have zencart on godaddy. I have already started the website and was following the pattern of copy and paste from one to another when i was told about using EP1.2.4.5 . I have it all set up . EP is working fine as i can tell. I have all the files from my supplier. I need to add a few more catagories to match their site but i want to know a way of adding the rest of the products without messing up what is already there. I am looking at adding close to 5000 products. I figure once i get it in place with all the products listed we wish to carry from them that the EP will be a great way of keeping up with stock and make keeping up with inventory easier. If you would like to i can give you the address to my site and a link to my supplier to see what i mean about so many products.

Will anyone answer these questions ? do i import just new products or do i import all products again ?
