Checkout without account problem

Hi.
I am using zencart 1.3.9 version, and want to add checkout without account option in my site, so i use COWOA module. But when i fill up /index.php?main_page=no_account page click on continue ckeckout button, all fields are going to blank.
It remains in the same page i.e /index.php?main_page=no_account page.
I am new in zencart, so it is very hard to crack it for me...Please any one can help me..
