Default Install will not accept my Physical Path!

Aloha, I am trying to install zencart and it seems that the installer will not accept the physical path to my zencart folder. Has anyone had this problem before? I have triple checked the physical path with my hosting company and still no luck. SOMEBODY HELP! What could be the problem?

Zen Cart is looking for "index.php" at that path. If it can't find it, then it rejects it.

So, either the path is invalid or you don't have all the files uploaded properly.

The "More info" link beside that error message explains the possibilities further.

    It's looking for index.php

Why don't you have index.php there? If you don't have index.php there, then YOU DIDN'T UPLOAD ALL THE ZEN CART FILES!!! or, that's not where you're installing Zen Cart, and thus the specified path is invalid.

I am having the same problem (for 2 days now). My index.php is definitely there (in the zc_install folder, in the admin folder, in the main root of catalog folder... they are all there, but I just can't get if found by my browser for the 'installation' step.
