I looked there but couldn't put my finger on any thing that looked like the right option so i just changed all the 10s to 50s. something worked.

By trial and error, I change just one, and refresh my admin to see if she works..

NOTE: v1.3.5 is terribly old and terribly buggy ... you should really consider upgrading to v1.3.8 or v1.3.9 when it is released ...

Maximum Value > Max categories product display list

that is the one to change

Maximum Value > Max Categories product display list - this controls how many categories you want in one page.

But for how many items on one page, this doesn't work. Instead, use:

Maximum Value > Products Listings - Number Per Page

You are asking about enabling all products at once in a thread talking about increasing the Maximum number of displayed products ...

Could you be more specific about what you are needing to do?

Are you trying to "display" more products?

Or, do you want to set the products_status to 1 in all of the products so that they can all show in the Catalog?

I'm sure it's probably different for your version 1.3.5, but on the current version of 1.3.8 the setting is under
Configuration
then Maximum Values
and look for Maximum Categories Products Display List
and change that value to what you want. Then when you are in Admin editing product the listing page will display that number of items per page.
