Add to Cart like Prestashop?

Can ZenCart do anything of

When add to cart, it adds nicely to cart instead of leading to another page to the shopping cart?

I kinda familiarize myself with ZenCart already and do not wish to switch to Prestashop because I had come a long way learning! But prestashop's shopping cart and log in header is looking alot better! Hope ZenCart will have such functions!

Of course. You can set in admin to not go to the shopping cart page when adding to cart, and there are several different mods to put the cart summary in the header. The shoppingcart sidebox can be set to only appear when there is something in it.

Note that the slick animation effects are only possible because that Prestashop requires javascript to function smoothly. Anybody without js will not get the effects, or the full display.

further to making that admin change, I felt the need to move that "added to cart" header message elsewhere, here's a thread how to do it
