Adding a link to the Admin Menu

I can't find an answer to this but I'm sure it must have been answered in the past. I want to be able to access a Webmail application (preferably SquirrelMail) from Admin.

I can do it easily through an EZ-Page but I only want the function to appear in the Admin Menu.

I know how to create a box in the Tools menu but then what do I do to make a click on the box follow a link and open up webmail?

Can anyone point me to a module or post that may help?

The problem is that I want any user of the store admin to be able to access the store's emai inbox on any PC, hence the link to webmail via Admin.
