what happens to current / previous CC orders...

Wondering what happens to current / previous CC orders... when you upgrade your cart?

Oh and when upgrading I just delete:

ERROR: module not loaded due to missing language file: /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/cc.php
ERROR: module not loaded due to missing language file: /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/nochex_apc.php

If you perform the upgrade as suggested in the tutorial you will have all the previous data as it is stored in the Database
Only the order info, as the CC info is not stored and you do no want to store this information

When you "upgrade" your site correctly you do not lose old payment modules, such as NoChex and Manual Credit Card (which are not included in 1.3.9+), and neither do you lose their database tables.

However the old Manual Credit Card module is not likely to be compatible with 1.3.9+. As it isn't included in 1.3.9+ it hasn't been updated - and we have had reports of it not working with 1.3.9+

But you shouldn't be using the CC Module anyway - which is why it is no longer included in Zen Cart.

I believe that NoChex was excluded simply because hardly anyone uses it. It's pretty much a dead duck these days.

Thanks for clearing that up.

I'm happy enough to loose the CC Module though we may loose a few sales as a result.

As for:

This shows in the ZC admin > payment area.

I'm assuming these were part of the CC Module and I no Longer require these file so I should delete them?

I may have copied these across from 1.3.8a ZC but want to make sure I'm not going to break anything.
