Yellow Traingle???

Hello:
When I view my shopping cart and at the customer registration page under the required fields, I get a yellow triangle with exclamation point highlighted by a pink line.

I would like to remove this. I am using zen cart v1.3.9h with a Joozen bridge.

That is not default action and may be due to your 3rd party captcha addition???
