USPS International Shipping

Am I understanding this correctly?

I currently offer shipping only to the U.S. I ship everything Priority Mail Flat Rate 1-2 items $4.95, 3-4 items $9.90, and free shipping for 5 or more items.

Due to several inquiries, I am thinking I should offer worldwide shipping but I still want to use Priority Flat Rate.

Would I set this up in Zone Rates Tables? Zone 1 = U.S. Zone 2 = Canada & Mexico, Zone 3 = The rest of the world?

If you are using the USPS module, just go and edit it, and select the overseas shipping options that you want to use and it should display them.
